På tal om satiriska teckningar… Årtiondets fynd, minst, gjordes nyligen på justitieministeriet: inklämt mellan ett arkivskåp och ett skrivbord, inslaget i en soppåse, hittade man en komplett volym av James Gillrays legendariska “Suppressed Plates”.
