Dear Mr Knieper

Thank you for your communication on this matter. Any copyright infringement by me, in using this image, was entirely unintended and I am grateful to you, not only for pointing this out to me, but also for reminding me that I should long ago have removed that particular image from the blog post anyway. My including it in the first place was more an accident than anything else, and I am more than happy to see the sole ownership of the image return in perpetuity to Mr Folkert Knieper, as the idea of using “ketchup” with currywurst goes against everything I hold dear and all the standards I am trying to uphold, as far as sausages and charcouteries generally are concerned. In consequence, the image has now been removed both from the blog post and from the server.

Nå, att man äter currywurst utan den curryketchup som är en bärande del av konceptet är ingenting att kokettera med, strängt taget. Det är väl lika sofistikerat som att dricka Berliner Weisse ohne Schuß. Själv finner jag vurmen för wursten i fråga obegriplig, och tar hellre en bratwurst eller någon annan korv.

Det är inte som den rumänska hästcharkmaffian, den som snor deras koncept på hästakorv kan de tänkas hota med hästhuvuden i sängen. 😉

Ja, det var lite post festum, men jag kände mig tvungen att ingripa. Jag hittade den här bloggen nyligen, och måste naturligtvis läsa hela charkkategorin. Det är ju sorgligt få bloggar som har en sådan.
